practice clinic, Straight Up Health in Toronto, Canada.

I help people build real relationships. I study how modern environments create patterns of distraction, disconnection, and distress, which I refer to as The Three D's.

I'm passionate about helping families, schools, and
companies build human systems that technology can't replace.
